Common Inquiries

HOW DO I KNOW HOW LONG MY DOG IS GOING TO TAKE GETTING GROOMED?

We are happy to provide a quote over the phone or via text, simply contact us!

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE PETS TO BE IN EVERY 10 WEEKS OR MORE FREQUENT?

The simple answer would be to keep your dog happy and comfortable. Bringing your dog in for a groom every 10 weeks or more frequent keeps it a regular occurrence, making it less stressful each time. Without a regular schedule, the grooming process may be overwhelming and anxiety inducing, regardless of how quiet the salon is. If you are unsure of how often you should bring your pup in, contact us!

DO YOU REQUIRE VACCINES?

Yes! As it's required by law, we also require all pets to be up to date on their Rabies vaccine at the time of their appointment.

CAN I STAY WHILE YOU GROOM MY DOG?

We currently do not allow clients in the salon, however you are welcome to wait in your vehicle outside while your pup is being pampered!

WHAT DOES "ONE ON ONE" MEAN?

Being a one on one salon, we only have one groomer and one dog being groomed at a time. This ensures low stress levels, a quiet environment and a personalized service specific to your dog.

WILL MY PUP GO IN A CRATE WHILE WITH YOU?

Nope! Since we only take one dog at a time, we have no reason to crate your pup! This is one of the many joys of getting pampered at Groomaholics.

DO YOU TAKE SCARED, NERVOUS OR ANXIOUS DOGS?

Yes! Groomaholics is an ideal environment for pups who are nervous about the grooming process. Your pup will be our groomer's 100% attention and we will work through any fears your dog may have. We will also provide recommendations to best help your pup if needed.

DO YOU TAKE DIFFERENTLY ABLED DOGS?

Absolutely! Our groomer is able to cater to any dog, with any need. Don't hesitate to contact us if you any questions!

I GIVE MY DOG A SEDATIVE MEDICATION FOR GROOMING APPOINTMENTS. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?

No, unfortunately we are unable to accept dogs who are under the influence of a sedative. Please contact the shop with any questions regarding sedatives
